We went to the zoo this week and after a traumatic start... Rori slamming her thumb in the car door... we set off to see the animals! She wanted to start off by seeing the sharks, her favorite animal at the zoo and ended with her other favorite the polar bears. She even said "mommy I think an ice cream cone would make my thumb feel better." She got her ice cream cone at the end of the day because she was such a brave girl during her awful experience!
